Our leadership team is made up of different people with different gifts who work together to shepherd our church family, teach God's word, and equip the church to live out it's mission of loving God, loving our city, and making disciples of Jesus Christ.

Shared Leadership
At River City, we embrace a model of shared leadership in an effort to reflect the biblical vision for shepherding and discipleship. While our elders provide spiritual oversight and guidance for the church as a whole, we believe the heart of care and shepherding happens in the context of community.
To live this out, we distribute shepherding responsibilities to our House Church leaders. They care for the spiritual and practical needs of those in their House Churches, serving as the front lines of pastoral ministry in our church family.
